I also wanted to link the music video to some social media website in order to make the website appear more realistic. Convergence: I wanted to link social media and incorporate it into my website.

Main Task

Intended Evidence: Intertextuality:   Part of my intention with my music video was to include elements of intertextuality that link to my protest which is the Black Live Matter movement. I wanted to include elements of the riots in America as well as portraying the more hidden type of racism. I would have done this through my music video as the black characters would be rebelling against the bosses. The white people would have represented the government and how they turn a blind eye to the injustice happening right in front of them. Convergence: If I was able to film my music video, in the description I would have added a link to my website.  Furthermore I would have added the Warner Music Group watermark to the bottom of my video so that it shows that the video is apart of their company. Schedule

 Film date: Saturday 11th July 2020 Plenary: It is important to have a schedule so that you can remain on task and also know what you are task aiming to achieve next. It organises your thoughts as well and stops you from forgetting your tasks. Location Information

 The purpose of this task is to find where I am going to shoot my music video. Possible Locations: Harris Academy Conference centre: The school colour scheme is blue therefore the rooms have blue in them and the colour that I want in every room is blue Do not have to pay any money on securing the room therefore I can use the money on props such as printing the contracts, etc. Have to go around their school schedule and have to get a time when it is sunny as the British weather is unpredictable  Rent an office in Dartford: Correct colour scheme  Cheap to rent £20 an hour  Accessible to my whole cast  Great room size and perfect layout for video concept Would have to shoot the whole video in one day  Could be hard to find a day when everyone is available on the same day as it is away from school so they have to travel there

Product Profile

 This is the process of how I can up with my colour scheme and theme of the video. My song choice was freedom and in the first verse there is a line that says "paint the white flags blue" and the logo for WMG is blue. Therefore the colour that will be in every shoot of the music video will be blue.  The brief for the music video is protest and in 2020 there was the BLM movement and as a young black girl I wanted to represent that movement through the music video. The song choice is freedom hence why my website is called survivors as my website is a place for people who have survived as traumatic experience. My video is narrative based and it will show a story of the modern world and the modern type of racism.
